Are you experiencing random crashes?

If you experience random crashes or if the application fails to launch (i.e. the app launches and suddenly disappears before or during use) on the iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, we really would like to fix the problem as fast as we can but to do that we need your help.

If you have seen such a crash, please send us the crash log immediately so that we can troubleshoot the problem and resolve it.

When any app crashes, the crash log is saved on the device. The next time you sync your device using iTunes, the crash logs are backed up to your computer. Whenever you experience a crash, sync the device with iTunes. You should then be able to find the crash logs of all your installed applications in the following folder for each platform:

Mac OS X
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<your device’s name>/

Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<your device’s name>\

Windows 7 or Vista
C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<your device’s name>\

Please locate the latest crash log file starting with “iRagdoll” and send it via email to support@realitylabs.se. We will investigate the cause of the crash and fix it as soon as possible.

If you have trouble finding the crash log file, please don’t hesitate contacting us anyway so that we can help you find it.

      To be able to help you I need you to give me some information regarding your device.

      What version of iOS are you running? You can find this info in the settings app (general->about->version).
      Are you using the latest version of iRagdoll or a previous one?
      Is this the first time you are downloading iRagdoll or have you recently upgraded to the latest version?

      Could you try to locate the crash log file as described in this post and send the file to support@realitylabs.se.

    • Well if it is crashing I had another app that did the same thing, I pressed it and it was starting then took me back to the home screen please help This game before people stop buying it and is forgotten. this may not explain but if you have the problem speak up

      • And this happened on my iPad while I was playing another app it took me back to home screen when it started

        I’m sorry you are experiencing crashes. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to reproduce the error on any of our devices. The good thing is that the reason for the crash is stored on your device. Please help me patch this bug by sending me the crash log as described in this post.
